Temple Crag is the one of the premier alpine rock climbing zones in the Sierra.  It's huge cathedral of rock holds multiple alpine rock routes.  ​

Venusian Blind 5.7

This pitch Grade IV alpine rock route climbs one of Temple crags adventurous aretes.  Sharing the start of Moon Goddess Arete and then climbing further left this long moderate route will keep you engaged the entire climb.

Moon Goddess Arete 5.8

This route climbs the middle of the Celestial Aretes. Climbing 18 pitches of exposed climbing with cracks and face moves, it is another Palisades classic.

Sun Ribbon Arete 5.10a

This 22 pitch alpine rock route is one of the best at it's grade in the Sierra.  The exciting tyrolean traverse at the end will keep you on your toes.

Dark Star 5.10c

This is one of Peter Croft's "Big Four" long free routes.  The route climbs the most direct line up Temple Crag.  It is a climb for experienced climbers in the High Sierra

These climbs are done at a ratio of one guide to two climbers at a maximum.
